Several common problems in the production process of blister packaging boxes

The raw materials of blister packaging mainly include: PVC, PS, PP, PET, PETG and flocking, antistatic, conductive and other materials. Blister packaging boxes are mainly used to protect products, promote product sales, and improve product quality. Therefore, the blister boxes circulating in the market are generally blister-packed boxes, but there are also many problems in the production process. Today, Jiuzhi Plastics Co., Ltd. introduces some common problems in the process of making blister boxes:

1. Scratches: This should be a common problem for us. If the scratch marks on the blister boxes we produce are too long and too large, then this product is a defective product and cannot be used in high-end packaging.

2. Crystal point: In the production process of blister sheet, because of the air in the heated plastic material, the finished sheet is produced with bubbles, especially in the production process of transparent blister sheets. The type of bubble is too large, and it is considered as a defective product when it is too much.

3. Water ripple: Due to the different processing of plastic sheet, the finished product has water ripple. Most of the cases are caused by the use of pvc sheet.

4. Dirty: In the process of making blister packaging, the system is successful because of the improper operation of the process and the environment, which may cause some dirty conditions of the finished blister box.
